Hi, my name is
Constance Puccinelli
My method of healing gives you a clear path back to feeling at home in your body.

A different kind of touch.
I trained for six years at the Collège Ostéopathique de Provence in Marseille, France. One of Europe's most respected institutions, where osteopathy is a fully recognized profession built on thousands of hours of clinical study in anatomy, physiology, and manual therapy.
I've been a practicing osteopath for over fifteen years, the last ten of which in my own Manhattan practice, where I've had the privilege of caring for hundreds of clients . From busy professionals to athletes, expectant mothers, and people simply seeking to feel at home in their bodies again.
During my training, I had the rare opportunity to work in some of the most demanding hospital environments: pediatric oncology, cardiology, and end-of-life care. Those years taught me that osteopathy, at its best, is not just about technique. It's about presence, attention, and a deep respect for what each body is carrying.
Today I bring that craft to Miami, offering a calm, attentive practice for those who feel underserved by quick fixes. Whether you're recovering from a desk-bound week, seeking support through pregnancy, healing in your postpartum, or simply longing for a body that feels at home again, I'm here to listen with my hands.
