After more than 15 years as a manual therapist specializing in perinatal care, I was struck by how little support women receive during pregnancy and postpartum and by how alone they're left during preconception, where the answers on offer are almost always heavily medicalized.

That gap is why I created Anahita for All Women™: to bring warmth, guidance, real information, and so much more, so that women feel genuinely supported through a chapter of life that society loves to call simple and natural, When it rarely is.
